Project Overview

Wild Berry Incense is a unique company that operates a retail store, but is also a major manufacturer and wholesale distributor of incense. They have developed and produce over a hundred unique fragrances in a variety of end products. They came to us with a website that was several years old and had both a dated design and presentation and challenging online ordering functionality. We were tasked with the following objectives:

  • Create a visually impressive design that more professionally presents the Wild Berry brand and products
  • Separate consumer and wholesale shopping into two completely different websites
  • Allow users to more easily navigate the very large offering of over a hundred scents in a variety of sizes and styles
  • Create a shop by scent feature
  • Enable mobile shopping for the high percentage of users accessing the site on their phone (35%)
  • Increase both the number of transactions and the dollar value of transactions
  • Transition current customers from phone / fax to online ordering
  • Gain new customers through search engine optimization and better user engagement once they find the site
