Email Configuration - Outlook Example
Following are the instructions for the email setup using Outlook Express. Other mail clients should work so long as they support authentication for sending email.
1. Open up Outlook Express. Select Tools -> Accounts. [Screenshot]
2. Select Add -> Mail. [Screenshot]
3. Choose a name for you to identify the account (this is up to you). Click Next. [Screenshot]
4. Make sure the button for "I already have an account..." is checked and key in:
your_new_email@yourdomainname.com
as the email address. Click Next. The Incoming server should be set to a POP3 server.

Click Next.
6. The account name should be provided via e-mail The password should be provided via e-mail
7. Log on using SPA (Secure Password Authentication) should be UNClicked. Click Next. Click Finish.
After doing this, the mail account you just created should show in the Internet Accounts window. Click on it once to highlight it, then click on the Properties button. Click on the Servers tab. Click on the "My server requires Authentication" box under Outgoing Mail. Then click on Settings. Make sure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" box is checked [Screenshot].
Then click OK, Apply then Ok, and then Close. Your mail account should be set up now. Click on Tools -> Send and Receive and the name you selected for the server and you should be ready to go.
