Opportunity & Challenge

The real estate division of Sea Island required a website that would effectively present and market available residential lots selling for $1 million+ and luxury residences selling from $4 million to $20 million.  They also needed control over managing new home listings and assigning numerous images that would give prospects a visual tour of the home.

Strategy

Design a website that is consistent with the luxury brand of Sea Island.  Create a database architecture and associated administrative tools for frequent updates to properties for sale. 

Solution

Develop and launch an extensive website that describes the variety of communities in and near the Sea Island resort area, structure a property listing database with unique fields and imagery specific to these listings, and build a multi-filtered search so that prospects could find a luxury home through a variety of criteria based on their unique preferences. 

Continued Success

The visual beauty of this site is engaging and continues through community imagery and how each home is portrayed.  The result is very long user sessions where website visitors are engaged by each listing, often resulting in research that continues through contacting the real estate sales office at Sea Island.
