Sea Island Properties, the real estate division of The Sea Island Company required a website to effectively present and market available residential lots selling for $1 million+ and luxury homes selling from $4million to $20million. They also needed to control the management of new property listings, and the content and images necessary to provide a ‘virtual tour’ of each home.

Strategy

Speartek needed to design a website consistent with the luxury brand of Sea Island. The frequent updates and extensive images necessary for the home listings required a powerful database, and easy to use administrative tools to allow Sea Island Properties staff to control the constantly changing listing.

Solution

Speartek built and launched an extensive new website detailing the variety of communities in and the near the Sea Island resort area, built a structured property listing database for the unique needs of the resort, and built a multi-filtered search so prospective buyers can find their dream houses.
