It’s important to make your website speak to your accounting system, point of sale application or warehouse management software. This is typically used in order details but can also include inventory levels and order status details. We have considerable experience in connecting these pieces so that order processing becomes automated, efficient, and error free. The operational cost savings create the most rapid return on investment for any higher volume website. A typical integration involves formatting the transaction data into a data structure that can be interpreted by the clients system (XML, CSV, TXT, etc.) and then securely delivering that data to the clients network via web services, ftp program, or a file download initiated by the clients network. Each client has a unique software application, network, and configuration to address but our experience and flexibility allows us to deliver significant cost savings to our clients every time.
